此系統(tǒng)為防腐在線取樣裝置。此系統(tǒng)為防腐在線取樣裝置。取樣物料接觸各部件均采用里襯PFA、襯氟材質(zhì)，達(dá)到防腐目的，四氟吸料管配套插入管（襯氟／搪玻璃材質(zhì)）浸于釜內(nèi)料液以下，增加其過(guò)程的穩(wěn)定性。隔膜泵以潔凈莊縮空氣為動(dòng)力，物料在取樣系統(tǒng)中形成閉環(huán)循環(huán)回路，過(guò)程快捷、安全、無(wú)污染。  This system is on-line anti-corrosive sampling device. The part in contact with medium is lined with PFA or Fluorine to achieve the purpose of anti-corrosion. The Teflon suction pipe matched with the insertion pipe (fluorine lined / glass lined) is immersed below the medium liquid in the vessel to increase the stability of the process. The diaphragm pump is powered by clean compressed air and the sample flows in a closed circulation loop in the sampling system, which is fast, safe and pollution-free.

Installation procedure

1.將（插入管）安裝到反應(yīng)盆相應(yīng)管口上，緊固螺栓。

Install (the insertion pipe} on the corresponding nozzle of the reactor and fasten the bolts

2.將取樣系統(tǒng)下端（底座）與（隔膜閥1)拆分，將（底座）安裝到（插入管）上端。

Separate the lower end (base) of the sampling system from (diaphragm valve 1), and install (base) to the upper end of (insertion pipe)

3.將四氟外翻邊（吸料管）裝入（底座）內(nèi)腔，四氟（吸料管）外翻邊處于（閥座）密封面處吻合。

Put the Teflon outer flanging(suction pipe) into the inner cavity of the (base), and the Teflon outer flange of (the suction pipe) is matched at the sealing surface of the (valve seat)

4.將其余取樣系統(tǒng)主體與其連接緊固，保證（底座）密封處壓緊、無(wú)泄漏。

Connect and tighten the rest of the sampling system body to ensure that the sealing part of (base} is tight and without leakage.

取樣步驟：

Sampling procedure

1開(kāi)機(jī)前確認(rèn)、檢查：Confirm and check before starting

a：所有隔膜閥處于關(guān)閉狀態(tài)。

All diaphragm valves are closed

b：取樣系統(tǒng)內(nèi)、外無(wú)殘余物，視鏡無(wú)破損。

There is no residue inside and outside the sampling system, and no damage to the sightglass 

b：隔膜泵用0.2~0.3 MPa潔凈氣源。

File the diaphragm pump with 0.2~0.3 MPa clean air pressure.

c：反吹用0.2~0.3 MPa氮?dú)鈿庠础?/span>

0.2~0.3 MPa nitrogen gas source is used for back blowing

d：備用150/250ml硼硅玻璃取樣瓶1支。

One spare 150/250 ml borosilicate glass sampling bottle is needed

2.循環(huán)回路： Circulation Loop:

a：打開(kāi)（閥門(mén)1)——打開(kāi)（閥門(mén)2)。

Open (valve 1) -- open (valve 2)

b：打開(kāi)（隔膜泵）。泵工作運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)。

Open (diaphragm pump). The pump works

c：觀察（視鏡）。窗口內(nèi)充滿物料，同時(shí)形成取樣循環(huán)回路狀態(tài)。

Observe (sightglass).The window is filled with medium, and a sampling ciculation loop state is formed at the same time.

3.取樣：Sampling

a：按壓（取樣閥手柄）。觀察取樣瓶量劑，適時(shí)松開(kāi)取樣閥手柄。

Press (sampling valve handle) Observe the dosage of the sampling bottle and release the handle of the sampling valve in time.

b：關(guān)閉（隔膜泵）。Turn off (diaphragm pump).

c：取樣瓶?jī)?nèi)排氣過(guò)程。

The exhausting process in the sampling bottle.

c1：當(dāng)罐內(nèi)常壓時(shí)打開(kāi)（隔膜閥3)－關(guān)閉 （隔膜閥3)。

When the tank is with atmospheric pressure: open (diaphragm valve 3) - close (diaphragm valve 3).

c2：當(dāng)罐內(nèi)≤0.2MPa時(shí)：打開(kāi)（四氟針型閥）－關(guān)閉（四氟針型閥）。
When the pressure in the tank is less than or equal to 0.2MPa open (Teflon needle valve) - close (Teflon needle valve).

注 引導(dǎo)排出有害氣體到安全存貯裝置中。

Note: discharge the harmful gases to a safe storage device.

d：取下（取樣瓶）密封瓶口----裝入（備用取祥瓶）。

Remove the (sampling bottle) and seal the bottle mouth - put in (spare sampling bottle).

e：打開(kāi)（隔膜閥4)----打開(kāi)（氮?dú)猓⑾到y(tǒng)內(nèi)殘余物料反吹盆內(nèi)——關(guān)閉（隔膜閥4)。

Open (diaphragm valve 4) - make (nitrogen) to blow the re-sidual medium in the system back into the vessel - close (d閉 phragm valve 4).

f：關(guān)閉（隔膜閥2)----關(guān)閉（隔膜閥1)。

Close (diaphragm Valve 2) - Close (diaphragm Valve 1)

g：取樣結(jié)束。

Sampling complete.
